I looked to compare the calls on my test site, but I found none to Facebook when loading admin pages.
To confirm, is it the HTTP API Calls tab that you’re looking at in Query Monitor?

Can you please try to disconnect and reconnect from Facebook by following the steps this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/

Then try reconnecting again?
This disconnect and reconnection process should result in new data being created, ensuring it is normalized correctly.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. I’ve just tested this out on my own site and was unable to reproduce. The shipping appears taxed as well as the product.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
– Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
– Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
– Repeat the action that is causing the problemIf you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`
Once you’ve found which plugin is causing the problem, the plugin support team should be able to assist further.

Once you’ve deleted the old data, please test again and let us know how you go.

To prevent a product from showing in Facebook, you can turn off the sync on the product page.
In the details on the right-hand side when you are editing the product, you will find a check-box ‘Sync to Facebook’ – un-check the box so that the product is not shared.

Thanks for the confirmation. Could you please confirm that you have also tried these steps:
For those sets, could you try deleting each product manually using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” option from within the Edit Product page?
Afterward, syncing products again from within **Marketing > Facebook > Product sync** should resolve the issue.

Most often when we see this issue it is caused by a caching or optimization plugin on your site. While these are designed to speed things up by saving information, they can sometimes accidentally save cart information as well.

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/Sometimes the problem persists even with the correct settings, in which case we recommend turning off the caching.

If you’re referring to the Facebook Pixel, you have the option not to activate this module. This will mean the pixel is not active, and you would not need to use another plugin to prevent tracking.

If I understand correctly, you were able to reinstall the plugin to see the ‘Get started’ button, but then you saw an error.
Could you please try deleting any caches on your site, then click the ‘Get started’ button again?
