In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Big drop in feed itemsHi @ianttt,
Apologies for the confusion.
I do see that I have just over 300 out of stock items, so does the latest version take out ‘out of stock’ items maybe?
Yes that’s correct, out of stock items will not be synced, as they are not available for purchase.
Once they are back in stock they should show up in Google again.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Pixel Server Events (CAPI)Hi @alecckie,
Does this plugin also serve CAPI events or do I need to install another different plugin for the server events?
The plugin does support Conversion API events, yes. You should see these appear automatically.
To check the connection, go to https://www.facebook.com/events_manager2/list/get_started
If you don’t see the connection there already, you can add it manually by using the button on that page.
For details of how to test, please see this guide.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Limit 100 message on Stripe logsHi @weedave, sorry to hear about the trouble.
The error is referring to a particular customer. Are you seeing this problem for guests and other customers as well, or just one user?
>but i have refreshed them and its still not happy
To confirm, you created a new webhook and added the events, then pasted the new secret into your Stripe settings. Is that right? If you have any cache on your site, please clear that and try these steps again.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Problem with instagram storeHi @marianamimura,
The code is designed to reset the product data. After adding it, it should run automatically when you load another page in the admin.
Please try another sync, then review your products on Instagram – do they appear correctly?
If so, you can remove the code as it would no longer be needed.
If that doesn’t help, could you share your current System Status Report? You can get it by navigating to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status. Once there, click on the “Get system report” button and then copy it by clicking on the “Copy for support” button.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Payfast Gateway] Show payment options in single product pageThanks for the details.
To do this, you could find image files of the icons, and display them on the page in a widget. This article explains how: https://njengah.com/add-woocommerce-payment-icons-footer/
Alternatively, you could use a plugin, such as one of these:

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Card on file not foundThanks for the details.
Square shouldn’t be looking for a saved card for a guest customer. It’s possible that there’s another plugin causing this behaviour.
What happens when only WooCommerce and Square are active, with a default theme like Storefront or TwentyTwenty? Be sure to also exclude any custom code when testing.
For full details of how to conflict test, see https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Error UnauthorizedHi @marklb98,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. The error indicates that the Google Merchant Center account is not connected.
You mentioned you’re unable to set up the account – do you see an error on the front-end when you try?
Please try setting up the account directly from Google:
https://www.google.com/retail/solutions/merchant-center/Once you’ve done that, try connecting the existing account to your site.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] allowed to access this page issue.Hi @poohdev, you may be seeing this message because you’re not an admin on the site. Check your user role from the Users page.
If you have a user role editor plugin on your site, it’s possible the settings have been altered. Try using the default admin role that comes with WooCommerce.
If you are an admin, please share the URL of the page you’re trying to access?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Plugin crashed my WebsiteOpen_basedir is a restriction to prevent a hosting package user from accessing any paths on the server that are not authorised, such as the paths to other domains on shared web servers, or to access the hosting software.
The open_basedir function defines the locations or paths from which PHP is allowed to access files using functions like fopen() and gzopen(). If a file is outside of the paths defined by open_basedir, PHP will refuse to open it.
To resolve this we’d advise opening a discussion with your web host and suggest that they chmod the /includes/fbwpml.php to 775.

Thanks for the status report. To enable the use of saved cards in the plugin, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe, and check the box to ‘Enable Payment via Saved Cards’

This will automatically include the information in the API request.
If that’s not what you’re trying to do, please provide details of the underlying problem so we can troubleshoot further.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] WP multisite all sites reconnects to one pixcelHi @edqaras,
While Facebook for WooCommerce does not technically support multi-sites, it should be possible to maintain the connection if the plugin is installed at the sub-site level.
Please confirm whether this is the case, or is it installed at the network level?
Once you’ve confirmed that the plugin is installed at the sub-site level, enable debug logging under Marketing > Facebook, and connect the site to the correct Facebook page.
If you see the connection change, please check the log at WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and let us know what you find.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Having Problems Connecting WooCommerce to FacebookSorry to hear about the trouble @alois2020.
Do you have debug logging enabled in Facebook? You’ll find that under Marketing > Facebook. Please enable it, if it’s not already.
Next, try connecting again, following the steps here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/Then please check for any errors logged – go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and look for Facebook in the dropdown list, then click View.
Let us know what you find so we can troubleshoot further.
Hi @realpetchicken,
The file to update would most likely be in your theme – that would be the checkout page template, and possibly also the product page, if you’re seeing the same issue there.
To test this out, you can temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront. Do you see the same issue then? If not, then you know it’s coming from the theme.
Your theme’s support team may also have a fix, so it would be worth asking there too.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Some products showing on catalog and some not.Hi @sodagroup, sorry to hear about the trouble.
What type of products do you have in the store – are they simple, or variable products?
Next, do you have logging enabled? Please enable that under Marketing > Facebook, and wait for the next sync (about 15 minutes). Next, look under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and look for Facebook in the drop-down menu, then click view. Let us know what you find.
