    Hi @idccomm,

    Thank you for reaching out to sovrn support with your inquiry and filling us in on your issue.

    A case has been created for our dev and engineering team to take a closer look at the filter property. As soon as confirmation of a fix has been provided I will reach back to you directly with further instructions. This should not have an impact on search results when a user is searching the site but our team will test the product on the backend as well to make sure.

    Our Engineering team is currently in the process of building out and updating our suite of plugins in an effort to consolidate our technologies as well as enhance the overall user experience. As such, our most relevant solution may be an upcoming rollout.

    Please feel free to check back in for any new technological updates at any time and do not hesitate to follow up with any further questions.

    Hi @shannonmattern,

    Thanks for reaching out to sovrn support with your inquiry!

    Instead of using the thread above, I would recommend taking a look at this link for plugin editing.

    Creating custom environments like this can become very technical and difficult in regards to future troubleshooting if you don’t have much experience with editing PHP code. It is not something that we recommend to publishers without a dedicated dev team. If you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to reach out directly at ea-support@sovrn.com.

    Hi @renrique,

    In order to change the title ‘Related Posts’, you will click ‘Settings’ on the left-hand column of your blog, and select ‘WordPress Related Posts’. From there, it should bring you to a settings page, where you will see: ‘Related Posts Title’, within the text box to the right you can translate the title to your choosing. Don’t forget to hit ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

    Hi @martinaxeljohansson,

    Thanks for bringing this bug to our attention! It would appear that the issue you are experiencing has to do with the stored memory within our backend server.

    In taking a closer look at your request, we have determined that it calls for technical escalation. A case has been created for our dev and engineering team. As soon as confirmation of a fix has been provided I will reach back to you directly with further instructions.

    Hi @eangulus,

    Thanks for reaching out to sovrn support with your inquiry!

    You have the ability to change what kind of information populates in your searches within the Search Everything plugin settings. I would simply recommend removing ‘Search Every Attachment’ from your checked boxes within the Search Everything Basic Configuration section. This will allow your Posts & Page results to populate instead.

    If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly at ea-support@sovrn.com.

    Hello @zatur90,

    In order to center Related Posts block in the page, please try the following in the custom CSS:

    .zem_rp_content {
    margin-left: 5vh;
    }

    Try playing around with the left-margin, and it should center your Related Posts block.

    If this still does not resolve your issue, please feel free to email us at ea-support@sovrn.com.
