URL not updated in related posts

Hello!

I like this plugin a lot, mostly because it’s the only one (as far as I know) that allow me to manually choose related posts to appear on each blog post. But I have a problem now, and I had to disable the plugin.

I did a change of address in my blog. A different domain. The problem is, many posts published when I used the old address still appear in Related Posts with the old address. Even posts that I publish today. The change of address was made more than one year ago.

I already deleted the plugin and re-installed it. This didn’t solve the problem. I also looked for the plugin folder in my server to delete it.

Is there a way to reset the plugin, maybe force the update of the address for all posts?
