    Hello @jsd219,

    Thank you for your inquiry, and I apologize for the delayed response. In order to set an image for blog posts that do not have an image associated with them, please do the following:

    Open up the edit page of one of your blog posts, open the ‘Screen Options’ drop-down menu on the top right corner and tick the box next to ‘Custom Fields’. A new widget called ‘Custom Fields’ should appear just below your editor, where you can add a new name (e.g. “Related_Posts_thumbnails”) and a value (link) to the image which you would like to use as a thumbnail for that particular blog post.

    Finally, go to your plugin settings and tick the box next to ‘Use custom field for thumbnails’ and select the “Related_Posts_thumbnails” custom field value (or whatever you chose to name it).

    I hope this information helps, and please feel free to reach back out with any additional questions you may have.

    Hello @jrzart,

    Thank you for your inquiry, and I apologize for the delayed response.

    The reason that the widget disappears is that you are only able to add the widget to one area of your blog post.

    I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and please feel free to reach out with any additional questions you may have.

    Hello @asoaresfil,

    Thank you for your inquiry and I apologize for the delayed response. In order to adjust the distance between the bottom of your post and the ‘Related Posts’ title, you will do the following:

    On the lefthand side of your WP blog, Choose settings => Related Posts. Once in the Related Posts settings, you should see a drop down for ‘Advanced Settings’. Under ‘Customize’, make sure ‘enable custom CSS’ is selected. In the CSS box below all of default CSS, you will add the following:

    .wp_rp_wrap .related_post_title
    {
    margin: 50px 0px 10px !important;
    }

    I hope this information helps, and please feel free to reach out with any additional questions you may have!

    Hello @td2009,

    Thank you for your inquiry, and I apologize for the delayed response. In order to change the title ‘Related Posts’, you will click ‘Settings’ on the left hand column of your blog, and select ‘Related Posts by Sovrn’. From there, it should bring you to a settings page, where you will see: ‘Related Posts Title’, where there is a text box and you can rename the title to your choosing. Don’t forget to hit ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

    I hope this information helps, and please feel free to reach out with any additional questions.

    Hello @kimberlygauthier,

    Thank you for your inquiry, and I apologize for the delayed response. If you are still seeing images that are ‘graphic in nature’, and would just like to use the article titles, you change change the format under settings – Related Posts by Sovrn – Theme Settings and choose ‘Plain (your own CSS)’ option. That will remove any images from your Related Post content.

    If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us at ea-support@sovrn.com.

    Hello,

    Yes, you are correct. In order to auto-link internal related posts that you have written, you must register the Related Posts widget. If your tool is not registered however, you can still link external related posts.
