In reply to: [WooCommerce] I want to add watermarks to my zoomed product images.Hi there @ryuusei99
Thanks for your question!
Like the title says I want to add watermarks to my zoomed in product images on my website. Is there a way to achieve this? I’ve already used Easy Watermark plugin for this but it just puts a water mark on the images in the media library and we only want to show the water mark on zoomed images. Thanks in advance for any help.
Unfortunately, WooCommerce core plugin doesn’t have the capability to achieve the watermark on zoomed images only.
It might be achievable if you could modify the Easy Watermark plugin. I’d suggest you to reach out to the plugin developer.
Or you might want to hire WooCommerce Experts to modify the code.
That’s not the best answer perhaps but I trust it points you in the right direction 🙂
Hi @adwjoe
Thanks for your very detail explanation.
As we mentioned before that at the moment the import scripts, used to import product data from Square to WooCommerce, only looks into specific data and doesn’t take into account custom attributes from Square.
This is something that may change in the future, but for right now it does not.
You can find the import script here –
woocommerce-square/includes/Sync/Product_Import.phpI know that’s not the kind of answer you’re looking for. But at the moment, it’s not supported yet.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Can’t connect with FB PluingHi @diegoxntvo
I already made a ticket approx. 2 weeks before but without getting an answer and without solving the problem.
Please advise the ticket number so we can track it down.
It seems impossible that for 2 weeks you didn’t get any reply from us 🙁
We have same issue and don’t know how to resolve. Who solved this?
If you have the same issue, please create a separate forum thread, we’ll be able to look into your case.
We closed this forum thread as we shift to working on the case through our internal support system.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Most of Purchase conversions are not counted by my adsHi there @colyz93
Thanks for sharing the Status report. I don’t see anything suspicious in it that could have caused the data inaccuracy on your purchase stats, beside the use of WP Rocket plugin. Please do ensure that it’s not configured to cache the Cart & Checkout, Order Confirmation pages so pixel events can pass on to Facebook.
Today we had 16 Purchases, only 9 was counted by our ads
Most if not all of our sales come from Facebook ads so this is weirdIt’s a bit tricky to track down the cause of this issue, but if you have an additional analytics tracking installed like Google Analytics, you can filter the data on that particular data to show which ones come from Organic Traffic, which ones from Paid Advertising from FB paid ads.
If you can verify from Google Analytics that those 16 purchases were also reported to come from paid ads, then indeed the 9 purchase not counted in your Ads Manager could have caused by some pixel events not passing to Facebook (could be the case that those buyers have ad blocker in the browser preventing the pixel events being sent to Facebook, etc).
I hope that helps!

Hi there @tuwebaunclick
Thanks for your question.
We only provide support in English so I tried to translate your message:
`Hello, I am attaching a screenshot where Facebook indicates an error with the pixel.
https://ibb.co/7CsyMM3I have been talking to Facebook technical support and they tell me that the programming needs to be modified, that for some reason, Woocommerce has not installed the event synchronization pack correctly … Specifically, only the one in [view content] gives an error.
I need help to solve it since my website is not registering events well and is in the middle of an advertising campaign. Thanks.`
Could you please copy and paste the text from the screenshot that I took from you?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/CEQSkTI’d like to know what means when translated to English.
Look forward to your reply.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Server Sending Invalid Match Key ParametersHi there @colyz93
Thanks for your question!
We have a handful number of reports about the issue
Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for (EventNameHere) heckout Event. There are a few factors that might have caused this:
1) – Possibly on the browser side used by your the visitors of your website, there are browser adds on that might break the pixel events generated by the plugin so data aren’t sent to Facebook completely. Like browser addons used to block tracking codes/ads
2) – Also caching plugins can affect it
3) – More than one plugin handling Facebook pixel are used
The possible solutions would be either:
1) – Click ignore on the Facebook side temporarily, to stop getting this warning, more over if you don’t run paid ads, as we’re working to narrow down what might have caused this
2) – Clear caching and transient data by going to WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Tools > WooCommerce transients > Click – Clear Transients (Button on right)
3) – Force full sync all your products manually by going to Marketing > Facebook > Product sync, click Sync Product
4) – If that still doesn’t resolve, you can disable Facebook pixel generated by our plugin.
I hope that helps!
