We made several changes today to WPSiteSync and are testing. If you would go to https://serverpress.com/contact and send us a message we would be happy to send you the revised version before it’s released to give a try.
Hello Jason,
We wanted to go a head and place the resolution to the issue here for others.
Jason sent us a debug log. After reviewing it appeared the username was being used to authenticate with exists, but it does not have permission to edit the post that’s being Pushed. Please use an Editor or Administrator account.
Jason made this change and he was able to Sync.

In reply to: [WPSiteSync for Content] Not able to connect to destinationHello,
First off, be sure that there are no “Coming Soon” or maintenance mode plugins running. Also check that the permalinks are not set to the “Plain” but to any other option. And finally turn off any security plugins temporarily to see if they are causing an issue.
Let us know if that works. Thanks!

Hello AJ,
>>Good to hear, I assume there isn’t a set timeline for that to happen yet?
We can notify you when it becomes available. You can visit us at https://serverpress.com/contact and send us your email.
>>Is there an easy to use hook to work on something custom in the mean time?
There is a filter called ‘spectrom_sync_api_push_content’ that you can use to modify the post’s data before it’s sent via the API. And another ‘spectrom_sync_push_content’ action that you can use on the Target site to process that data. Those will allow you to modify the data that is being sent and to handle the data on the other end. Let us know if that works for you or if you need any additional information.
