Please, use this guide to remove any website with its respective Access Key from your Dashboard:
https://cleantalk.org/help/add-website#inactive_siteThen you can add any new website again, your new Access Keys will be generated.

To troubleshoot the issue properly we need the list of your active plugins that make such requests and where such requests come from — from the website to itself or from an external source?
Perhaps something is blocking connections that the CleanTalk plugin is trying to establish with the CleanTalk Cloud?
Please, add our IPs to your hosting firewall:
https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addressesThen re-activate the plugin:
• WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate againAnd then clear your website cache. It should fix the issue. Did it help you?

Yes, as I see the issue is the same.
The option “Complete Deactivation” will drop all plugin tables in your website database. You can do it any time, the plugin will create its table again upon activation.
