Please, reset the plugin settings to the default values. The guide is here:
https://cleantalk.org/help/plugin-templateIf you have any excluded URLs/pages in the plugin settings, please copy them beforehand and paste them back.
Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less. It should fix the issue.

Please, send us the following for better understanding the cause of the issue:
- Your PHP version
- Your CMS version (also, is it Multisite or Single)
- The link to the cache solutions if you use any
- Your webserver error log (it could be found in your hosting account)

• Go to your CleanTalk Anti-Spam Dashboard here: https://cleantalk.org/my/?cp_mode=antispam
• Click the yellow key icon to reveal your key for the website and copy it
• Go to the CleanTalk plugin settings: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk
• Delete everything in the field “Access Key”, then paste the key from step 2 → click the button “Save Changes”.Did it help?

Please, do the following:
- Log in to your Hosting Account.
- Locate the folder of your website.
- Delete the plugin folder “cleantalk-spam-protect” here:
• WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect
After that the plugin can not block anything. Then install it again and clear your website cache:
