Cleantalk plugin

I purchased this anti spam premium plugin for 3 sites b/c ChatGPT told me I could block spam in gravity forms where gibberish is in the name fields. They keep telling me about settings I have access to that are not available to me. The fields don’t exist in Cleantalk cloud or in advanced settings in WordPress. This is not going to meet my needs. I want a full refund for my purchase today for 3 sites. It was paid for by PayPal from my bank account ending in 0908. I have not yet received a receipt from Cleantalk or PayPal but the purchase went through. Transaction ID8JF513071C1914414 purchase amount $91.80 refund in full immediately.
