Hello @fiscalwebmaster,
If it was a temporary cache file, it has been eventually deleted. And the record of it stayed in the scanner log. Since the file is no more, the scanner informs about it.
General course of action is described here:
https://cleantalk.org/help/scan-resultsYou can launch the scanner again in this case, the result table will be refreshed to reflect the current state of the website files.

What cache plugin you use on the website?
Please, add the CleanTalk plugin folder to your cache exclusions:
• WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewallThen change this option:
• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → category “Miscellaneous” → set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” → Save Changes. After that clear your website cache. It should fix the issue. Did it help?

This type of issues are usually a one-time event. Clearing the website cache should be enough.
Please, go to the plugin settings:
• WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General SettingsAnd change the option “Set cookies” to “Off” for the CleanTalk plugin to work with any cache properly.

To know the issue for sure, please send a screenshot of it. Also, do you see the same error when you deactivate the CleanTalk plugin?
