Hello @philraymond,
All submissions (allowed and blocked) are being stored in your Anti-Spam Log. This guide can help:
https://cleantalk.org/help/anti-spam-log
You can also test your website forms anytime as a guest to see how the protection functions.
Did it help?
I see in my logs, “Contact form data approved,” which is great. Is it possible that Cleantalk could still be causing the form to not submit due to some kind of conflict?
If data was allowed and if the form validation was passed successfully, the data will be sent to the website backend without any issues.
Thank you.
