Please, re-activate the plugin:
- WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Security by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Activate again
Then clear your website cache. It should fix the issue. Did it help you?

Thank you for your reply. I tested the form and some actions still need to be done.
Please, if possible add the CleanTalk plugin folder to the exclusion list of your cache plugin:
• WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protectMake sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less and then clear your website cache again.
I will re-test the form after that. Waiting for your reply.
