Thank you for marking requests in your Anti-Spam log. I analyzed them and noticed that to correctly transfer the parameters from your web forms, the ‘Protect internal forms‘ option needs to be enabled in the Anti-Spam plugin settings.
Also, please don’t forget to clear your website cache after enabling this option to ensure the changes take effect.
Please let us know when you have completed all of the above and we will check your Anti-Spam log and test your web forms to make sure everything is ok.

Please, if possible add the CleanTalk plugin folder to the exclusion list of your cache plugin:
• WORDPRESS_ROOT_FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect
Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less and then clear your website cache again.
