In reply to: Upgrade to 3.5 disabled my siteI am experiencing the same problem! I am unable to edit my pages or posts in WP Admin. When I click on edit to edit a page or post, the edit screen loads, but the edit area stays blank. It seems as if the page does not complete loading. I am also not able to move or edit widgets. I have tried all the above solutions, read through the trouble shooting 101, re-installed WordPress 3.5, changed my theme, changed the plugin directory to .hold and back, flushed my cache etc. Currently only the Akismed plugin is active. Although my site looks normal to visitors, it is basically dead in the water, since I cannot make any changes to it!
This is very frustrating! Please help.
Alternatively, how do I revert back to the previous version of WordPress that worked fine?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: 3.5 causing SOME pages to be blank and uneditableSame problem here. I get a blank editing space when trying to edit any page or post after 3.5 update. Really frustrating. Any suggestions other than the ones above?

In reply to: Menu Items Return a 404 Page not FoundIt seemed to have been a plugin that caused the problem. I found this out while trying to fix another problem on my site with my hosting provider. Thanks for the feedback though.
Thank you for the information. I have since moved my hosting account to a different hosting company and that seemed to solve the problem.
I experienced something similar. I am using WP 3.3.1 with The Standard Theme template. As soon as I activate WordPress SEO, I cannot access my website. I get the following error:
Server error: The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.leadershipconnexion.com/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request. As soon as I deactivate the plug in, my site is back up.
This Issue has been resolved, thanks. I think with the last update a solution to the bug was offered. Check on the plug in’s settings page for this message:
“If you are not able to authorize? or WordPress logs you out on any button click,
– If current URL is not showing your current page URL, copy paste the current page URL in Current URL field and press update settings button to update the settings. Then retry to authorize.
– If current URL is showing your current page URL, press update settings button to update the settings. Then retry to authorize.”Follow this instructions and it should work fine. It did for me.

In reply to: First word in Post is "Tweet" after publishing@ipstenu
I am using the social sharing buttons ie. Facebook like , Stumble, Linkedin etc at the top and bottom of my posts and then I also use the “social connection” buttons pointing to my twitter account, facebook page and RSS subscription.Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: First word in Post is "Tweet" after publishing@marventus,
The “Automatic Twitter Links” option is disabled. I did go through an exercise where I disabled all the plugins and this is how I found that the Social Sharing toolkit was causing the problem. I also followed your advice and once again disabled all but this plugin but the problem remained, so I guess its not a plugin interaction issue.
I am on WP Version 3.2.1.Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: First word in Post is "Tweet" after publishingHi There,
Yes, that’s the one! It works actually quite well, except for the “Tweet” issue.Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: First word in Post is "Tweet" after publishingIf I disable the plugin the “Tweet” disappears in my feeds. The problem is I really like the plugin and it works fine otherwise, so I don’t want to disable it.
There is no option to set categories or keywords as far a I can see.
Thanks for the help, I appreciate it!Forum: Everything else WordPress
In reply to: First word in Post is "Tweet" after publishingHi,
I found the problem, it is one of my plugins (Social Sharing Toolkit) that is causing the problem, but I could not yet solve the problem. I have contacted the plugin developer, but no feedback yet.
If someone can assist me with this particular problem I would appreciate it.Forum: Fixing WordPress
