In reply to: [Ninja Forms - The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You] LOTS of issuesHere are some solutions that might help someone else…
Changed the Submit button. Click on it for more options including changing the label. I totally missed that.
There is an autoresponder. I just couldn’t find anything about it using autoresponder in Ninja Forms’ help documentation on their site. In your form, under the Email & Actions tab click the + and add the Email option. Then you can add the sender email as a dynamic field in the TO: box and their first name in the EMAIL box. To see these dynamic options click the Merge Tag icon top right of the EMAIL field. It looks like a clipboard with a bulleted list on it. The autoresponder does work well.
Getting some styles to work like adding padding to the button. Would be awesome if Ninja Forms in a future release applied styles in real time to the form builder. Couldn’t seem to find out how to turn off the green “correct” border for entries into required fields or turn off the xes or checkmarks.
Still haven’t found a way to use reCAPTCHA3 without it requiring some input to a field that doesn’t show. Tried turning off other plugins and removing all custom CSS to see if it was a site specific error, but that didn’t help. Using v2 visible which is doing the checkbox and an additional image challenge. If we use v2 invisible it still jumps to the form with an image challenge on page load. If this is happening for you, try v2 visible that does work.

Thanks knrobb54. I hear you.
However, we posted here 5 days ago. Sent in support tickets 5 days ago. As you look at submissions here and see lots of “0” answers it gives Ninja Forms the appearance of rarely answering. That’s helpful feedback for the brand so it can grow. Even if someone checked in time to time on posts that would be awesome. Lots of plugin makers do that, even ones without a paid version.
We’re not the only ones asking if there is support, so hopefully you have reached out to assure them too help is on the way. When people pay for stuff there is an expectation of timely service.
So far all we have received are autoreponses. So trust me, we are super looking forward to awesome support from Ninja Forms.
Our agency has used Caldera exclusively for years on TONS of client sites. We’d love to be able to send all that business to Ninja when Caldera expires. But there has to be support for a paid product. All for giving Ninja a boost if we can.
As the saying goes, “Help me, help you.”

Conditional logic bug…
If field has this condition then hide Submit button.
That works, but…
If the user then erases the offending text out of the field the Submit button is still hidden.
That’s not a bug?
Yes, we spent many hours too finding lots of dead ends and apparent bugs. Been waiting on support (other than an autoresponse of receiving our requests) to see if there are fixes. Hoping we don’t have to get a refund and start again with Gravity Forms or another option.
Same problem with us.
We’ve used many forms solutions and reCAPTCHA and never had a page load popup an image challenge like this.
No worries? Can you edit out the client URL in your previous post for me? Thanks so much.
Yeah, kinda wanted to keep that client link out of the post, but whatever.
I think you meant to post a link to the tool to force refresh of their cache.
If you would edit your post that would be great. I will try it, however, the site is brand new and we just cut it on to search engines and the public, so I’m unsure how they could have an old image, plus other platforms like Facebook show the correct image.
Thanks.
UPDATE: Just tried this site: https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator and it showed the correct image. Went back out to Twitter and tried the post and it is showing an earlier image we used of the two women we have replaced. So I guess there is a horrible lag in Twitter’s cache.
Still be great if you removed that client link from your last post. Thanks!

This is not the actual link but a short link to the page. I’d prefer for the real link to not be searchable here: https://tinyurl.com/twlink123
Once you go there, copy the real link of the page and try to post to Twitter. It should show the black and white image of the women, but it does not. It shows the host’s photo.
When I check OpenGraph checkers it shows the right photo of the women.
Thanks.
Hmm, good to know. Won’t pretend to know how hard it would be to make that happen. Although it makes management of descriptions a pain because the only preview you can get (I think) is manually going to the live page and viewing source, right?
And this happens on posts that use the post content or pages that use the page content slug. The only way to avoid it is to use the excerpt slug and manually put in an excerpt on each post or page.

In reply to: [Caldera Forms - More Than Contact Forms] Spam Prevention Not Working?Looks like a new release of Caldera just came out. Not sure if any of this will fix the spam, but maybe?
“`Caldera Forms 1.9.4 fixes compatibility issues and jQuery upgrade issues.
make sure the field edition process ( in @calderajs package ) is passed all data required
dequeue jQuery 1.12.4
changed deprecated jQuery events
call jQuery instead of $
add a js click event to reTrigger baldrickTrigger events ( jQuery update seem not to listen to baldrick events for DOM elements that are not shown on the first pageload )
add an html onClick event to call baldrickTrigger on the view entry button
Add ‘permission_callback’ => TRUE to tokens.php and crud.php`”I guess I’ll try a different theme if it happens again. This was on Divi, pretty popular.
But like I said (like in June) I had to painfully remove everything with AIOWPS and reinstall. Even the AIOWPS removal plugin didn’t work saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Thanks.
No updates. Just like last time. I went back to the site after maybe two weeks or so and the math problem always failed.
The only way to get in was to FTP and change the plugin folder name.
I tried clearing the caches and everything, but it basically forces you to delete the plugin and then do the tricky manual database removal of all aiowps references. The first tim eI did that something got corrupt and I had to do a db restore.
So I have no idea why a site dormant for two weeks without any manual updates would kill the math problem. I also do not run any automated plugin updates.
The ones on the reset plugin page. Step by step.
I gave up and did a manual deletion from the database.
This is the second time this has happened on a site since June.
Not sure the condition but the math logic problem won’t work at all and it seems uninstalling and manual removal is the only fix, the NOT using the math problem.
Apparently Google Recaptcha has now gone enterprise or quote based and is insanely complicated so can’t use that as an alternative.
Tried your reset plugin here but when I follow your steps to go to the Settings it just says…
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
