That’s a use case that can’t be easily done right now. We’ll add it to the roadmap for future development.

As a workaround, you can make it every Sunday, and exclude the others.

I’d recommend creating a child theme to handle this, as in this article:

As for moving the buttons around, that gets a little more complicated, as you have to edit the whole layout.

your plugin contact-form-7 seems to be trying to load some jquery and failing. This could be the problem. Can you try to deactivate that and see if it works?
