Hi,
If you’re referring to the calendar updating without having to refresh the page, we don’t do that, although it’s a good idea and something that we should put on our roadmap.
If by this question you mean that the calendar won’t show new events on refresh, that may be an issue with your browser’s cache. Chrome particularly.
Cheers,
MarkHi,
You should be able to do this by calling wp_dequeue_script to unregister the script then you call wp_enqueue_script with the same parameters that we used to enqueue the script originally, but adding $in_footer=true to the call.
See http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_dequeue_script for details on wp_dequeue_script.
Cheers,
MarkHi scvbrent,
It is indeed done in css. In this case in the file general .css with the id of ai1ec-date-title
Hope this helps!
btw a great tool to help you find these things out is the firebug plugin for firefox
Hi Rick,
See the answer above. Event Contributors can submit events for approval. You can create a new user in the WordPress Dashboard under Users > New User
As a workaround to letting any guest add an event, you could supply a guest username / password. However this does make the site less secure.
I’ll add network awareness as a feature request. Can I as why you think this would be a good idea?
Majato,
You could give each users a tag or category, and then only show them the calendar with that tag or category. This would take a little development.

MarkHi Josh,
What sql are you using? Have you been able to access the database previously? You should be using the global $wpdb and then $wpdb->get_results( $sql );
Cheers,
MarkHi Josh,
You can add an image in the event description itself using the upload/insert link right above the event description.

MarkHi ndoto,
This popup uses the id of widgetCalendar in add_new_event.css.
I’m not sure why front end changes would cause this to always show up. My recommendation would be to reinstall this file, and see if that works. If not, then perhaps an upgrade to the plugin to 1.5 would be a good idea.
Hope that helps,
MarkHi tngs,
It sounds like you’re having a conflict with a theme or another plugin. If you use the default WordPress theme (twenty eleven) are you still having this issue?
If not, I’d suggest changing themes.
If this doesn’t work, we can look into it further for you.
Cheers,
MarkHi, you should be able to do this by editing the calendar.css file to change ai1ec-view-week and ai1ec-view-oneday to display:none;
We are also coming out with a setting to disable this section in a release coming soon.
Hope this helps,
MarkHI,
The plugin is compatible with the most recent version. One issue that may cause slowness is if you have many recurring events that end “Never”. Try ending these events.
Thanks,
MarkIf the date is being set to Dec 31, 1969, it means that there is a problem with importing the date.
Please send a copy of the ics feed to help@theseednetwork.com and we can see if it’s a problem with the feed or with the import.
Hi,
We have some changes to the way that the Agenda view is displayed coming up. I will add this request to see if this can be resolved at the same time.
