Hey fkoomek,
This is how the plugin works by design actually. If you wanted the confirmation email to send after adding a registration it would work to add it using the front-end form as if you were a site visitor.
Otherwise sending manual emails from the dashboard is a Pro only feature at this point. If you have any more questions about how this works please contact us on our website.
Thanks!
– CraigHey peterpan0815,
Actually for translating strings it’s best to use a plugin like Loco Translate:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
This provides a nice UI and then will preserve the translations even if you update.
Otherwise you would just want to keep the .mo file that you mentioned in the /lang folder. Adding it to your child theme will not make a difference in this case.
If you’d like to submit your translations to us on our website we can see about including it in future updates.
Let me know if you have more questions!
Thanks,
CraigHey softechx7,
Currently it would require some customization to export registrations for a list of events but something could be done if you have some coding ability. The export is triggered by a simple link that triggers the browser to download the .csv file. You could create code that loops through a list of events and uses the event ID and some JavaScript to visit the page and automatically download the .csv file. You would just need to be logged in as an admin when doing this as this process is protected.
We do have a “Reports” feature in our paid Pro version that will create a .csv report based on all of your events. Please contact us on our website if this is what you had in mind and I can give you more details.
Thanks!
CraigHey rakesh1974,
Try this placeholder:
{start-date}
There is clickable text below the email messages to view all options. It should help for anything else you want to do with the emails.
Let me know if you need more help!

Glad you found something to help with this!

Ahh yes I see what you mean. This has actually worked this way since the plugin was created! I can see how it causes confusion though.
Would you be willing to contact me on the website?
https://roundupwp.com/support/I can provide a solution for you for now. I’m hesitant to change it since there may be some users relying on this working the way it does. I’ll have to think of a smart way to introduce the change.

Hey Torgrim,
Sorry for any issue!
Can you try updating to version 2.9.3 and let me know if you are still facing any issue? There was a problem with the changes needed to make the attendance count work with The Events Calendar 6.0+ that I believe will be resolved. If you are still having any trouble I’d be happy to help fix it!

Hey extractjan,
You contacted me on our website regarding this issue as well. The latest release (2.9.3) contains a fix for this issue.
We don’t have an integration with the event list shortcode as of yet but will in the future. For now only on the listed events in the archive page.
I’ll mark this as resolved but let me know if you face any trouble!
Thanks for the kind words and recommendation John!
Let me know if you ever need anything else.
Hey John,
Yes we have been working hard to adjust our plugin to the changes and should be compatible. Registrations made before the 6.0 update that were a part of recurring events are migrated automatically when you finish the migration process for The Events Calendar.
We haven’t had any reports of any issues with this so far but are definitely ready to address anything should it come up.
Thanks,
Craig
Ahh sorry cleliaden!
I do think we could make this easier in the future with another hook. We are busy making updates to be compatible with The Events Calendar 6.0 at the moment but we may address something like this in the future.
I’m sure a competent developer could easily get something working for you though if you have the means to hire one.
Best of luck and sorry I can’t be more help at the moment!

Thanks so much for the review nickfmc!
Let me know if you ever need anything else.
That’s so good to hear! Thanks again for verifying and getting back to me.
Sorry again for the inconvenience of this. I’ll also apologize to anyone else that comes across this thread who was affected as well!
I hope the rest of your day goes smoothly 🙂
Cheers,
Craig
Awesome! Yes please keep me posted. Very interested in making sure this issue is resolved.
Let me know if you need anything else as well!
Hey nickfmc,
Sorry for any issue! We just pushed out an update to address a PHP error that was being reported in version 2.9. Is your trouble with version 2.9 or 2.9.1?
Sorry again for the trouble! I haven’t been able to replicate the reported issue on my end but added an extra check to make sure it wouldn’t occur. Let me know if you still need help I’d be happy to do so.
