Hey Tim,
Sorry for any issue!Does the content seem like it’s related to something another plugin would add? All parts of the email are subject to PHP code from other plugins if the other plugins use a certain “hook” that allows content to be changed.

CraigHi johnlgy,
Sorry for the delay here!
I haven’t been able to replicate this on my end yet. It might be useful to contact me on our website and include your “System Info”.
https://roundupwp.com/support/
And if possible a link to the event. Is the event part of a “series” or anything special?
– CraigSorry for the delay here!
To allow that range of valid character counts for a phone number. You can specify the whole range separated by comma:
7,8,9,10,11,12
Let me know if you need more help!
– CraigYes! Though you will need to contact support to help with this even so.
This forum is meant for the free plugin only so if you have more questions please contact us here:
https://roundupwp.com/support/Hey ephoris,
In our free version we have just some basic features for logged-in users. We several features related to WordPress users in our paid version you can read about here:
https://roundupwp.com/faq/special-features-users/
We might include some more features in our free version eventually but there isn’t a way to conditionally show the tools you are asking about here at the moment.
Thanks,
CraigHey jlemon46,
In the free version you can export and import registrations using a MySQL dump. There are many tutorials on how to do something like this available. You would just need the data from the table “rtec_registrations”.
It would help if you have some familiarity with MySQL but once you make the dump, which might also be referred to as a backup in tutorials, of the live site’s database you can find the part of the dump that refers to the rtec_registrations table and just use that to import into the backup site’s database.
Hopefully that helps! Let me know if you have more questions.
– CraigHey Martin,
Having different form and form fields per event is a feature we have in our paid Pro plugin only at this time. If you have more questions please contact us on our website:
https://roundupwp.com/support/
Thank you!
– CraigHey tiicaa,
This would be possible but only with the use of some PHP and one of our PHP hooks. We have a similar example even on one of the pages on our website. Take a look at this page:

Thanks,
CraigThis ended up being related to the Message Source setting. It was set to translate when “custom” was desired
Sorry for the delay! I may need you to contact us on our website in order to see your settings but I’m wondering about what you have selected as your message source. Are you using “Custom” as the type of message source?
Thanks,
CraigAhh yes I suppose that one is not tied to a setting at this time. I’ll make a note for a future update!
Otherwise I know it’s set up for translation so you could use another plugin like Loco Translate to translate it as well. You too!
Hey again peterpan0815!
I have figured out the problem here. We will push out an update by Tuesday of this week with fixes! Sorry for all of the trouble.
Thanks,
CraigIt looks like everything is working properly with the settings and this string in the latest version of the plugin. Can you check what value is saved for the setting that is related to this text? The setting is found on the “Form” tab:

– CraigHey again,
Let me take a look and see what might be going on and make sure there is no error. I might need you to contact me on our website to supply your system info if I can’t determine a cause. I’ll let you know soon!
