Hey Stephanie,
Yes I am happy to help!
Is the problem occurring with the form found on this page?
https://wordpress.mpz-dresden.de/event/relution-ii/
And you mentioned that the issue occurs only when the checkbox field that shows the link with this text is included?
“Ich erkläre mich damit einverstanden, dass die hier von mir freiwillig eingegebenen Daten entsprechend der Datenschutzerklärung des MPZ Dresden verarbeitet und gespeichert werden.”
Would it be all right if I test a submission? I’ll see if I can determine what might be going on and go from there.
– CraigHey nikhilmurugan1,
Sorry for any issue! I’m not sure what might cause this off the top of my head. Let’s have you submit a support ticket and include your “System Info” so I can troubleshoot this a bit. Here is where you can find the form to do so:

– CraigHey enormis!
If this was working previously and then randomly seemed to stop working it’s likely that your server is no longer trusted by email providers and the emails are being blocked.
Do you use an SMTP service through a third party? That will fix this and it’s free for light use:

Let me know if you have more questions!
– CraigThis thread has been quiet for awhile. I’ll mark it resolved but let me know if you need more help!
– CraigSorry for any confusion!
It’s not uncommon for emails sent from the same server as your website is hosted on to be rejected by most email providers. If you are not seeing any errors reported by the plugin, this is likely the reason emails are not arriving in inboxes as expected.
We have an FAQ here about some simple things to try:
https://roundupwp.com/faq/my-confirmationnotification-emails-are-missing/Otherwise setting up a third-party SMTP service and plugin fixes this issue in almost all cases. We recommend a free service described here:

In reply to: [Registrations for the Events Calendar - Event Registration Plugin] EnddateHey Helga,
This part of the plugin is more related to The Events Calendar. They can offer support there:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
I can keep trying to suggest ideas though!
I have seen instances where there is a special timzeone set on the server that the site is hosted on that isn’t UTC (Greenwich Mean Time). This can also lead to some odd issues as most PHP code is based on the server having a GMT time. If you try a bunch of different UTC + X options, does the reported end date change? This would indicate some kind of odd issue with the time zones as I’m speculating about.
Otherwise you may need to reach out to The Events Calendar’s team to see if they have any further ideas.
Sorry that I’m not sure of a fix for this one!
– CraigThis thread has been quiet for awhile. I think we determined that there was a combination of other plugins and services overwriting some of the email settings for the plugin.
Let me know if you need more help with this though!Hey feinereime,
It looks like the date format is hard coded here. I think it makes more sense for the date format used in The Events Calendar’s settings to apply instead. I’ll make an update to the plugin so that the same format used on this page is used in the admin area where registration data is reported:

We will have an update in December. Does this work for you?
– CraigDo you mean something like this for the related settings found on the “Email” tab?
https://snipboard.io/3FzbVL.jpg
I tested and it seems to work great for me. I wonder if you could reach out to us on our website and include your “System Info” found on the “Support” tab so I can see all of the settings you are using.
https://roundupwp.com/support/
I’m wondering if it’s also possible something has changed with your email sending in general. It could be that your server is no longer trusted and the name of the registrant is being stripped out.
We could also try downgrading to a previous version to confirm that the update caused the change. You can find older versions of the plugin available from a .zip file here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/registrations-for-the-events-calendar/advanced/
– CraigHey cirec,
Sorry for any trouble!
Can you share the setting or setting where you are using {first}{last}? Is this in the body of the notification email or is it in the subject?- Craig
Hey Canopie,
The default can be set using The Events Calendar’s settings pages shown here:
https://snipboard.io/ywiIHc.jpg
As for the comments, if you switch themes does this issue remain? I wonder if there is some issue with the theme you’re using. I haven’t heard of this issue before.
Thanks!
– CraigHey Canopie,
This question relates more to the parent plug “The Events Calendar” though based on the wording of your question, I may know the reason!
Please try editing the event and make sure that the setting shown in this screenshot is correct:
https://snipboard.io/gysuG1.jpgAlthough there is a global setting, each event can override this setting so that’s why I’m wondering if this is the problem.
– CraigWe just released a fix for this in version 2.13.1. Please update and let me know if you are still facing any issues!
– CraigHey André,
There is a bug with the latest update related to this. We have a fix we will be pushing out tomorrow. Let me know if you have more questions!

In reply to: [Registrations for the Events Calendar - Event Registration Plugin] EnddateHey again Helpar,
Sorry for the delay! I was referring to this part of your screenshot:
The “Zeitzone” is set to UTC+0. Have you tried changing this?
