Hey again,
We don’t have anything features that supports printing per se, though we do have the csv export feature that would allow for you to easily use the data however you would need.
Not sure if this is helpful but let me know if I’m not understanding the question!

Hey cleliaden,
Currently we only have a global logged-in users only setting. You could use some of our PHP filters to do what you’re asking though. There is a helpful example in this article though you will need to be handy with PHP to get something working.

Hey pymathys,
Sorry for the confusion! Since there are a lot of ways that the single event page can be configured our plugin loads the registration form in the footer and then moves it to the best place based on what elements are being used and your settings.
It seems this particular situation is a bit tricky as I’m not seeing any of the normal Events Calendar elements such as the date and event description.
It might be best to use the manual placement method with the shortcode though I can also try giving you a custom JavaScript snippet to work with the page you have here.

Hey cleliaden,
Are you asking about the .csv export tool? You would like these to be alphabetically arranged perhaps? I guess I’m not clear on what you’re asking. I might be able to provide a PHP function if that’s what you’re looking for.

I see!
In that case, you’ll need to visit our website for pro support though I can tell you this FAQ is what you’re looking for:

I hope you have a great rest of your weekend!

Hmm yeah it can be a bit of a guessing game as to how to fix the problem. Though the SMTP plugin is typically the most robust!
It sounds like you were able to address your issue but feel free to ask more questions if needed!

Hey rockytt,
We do have such a feature though it’s available in our paid Pro version only at the moment.
Let me know if you have any more questions!

Hey Quint,
I see that you submitted this question on our website as well. I’ll follow up with you there!

Hey STP_MTL,
I wonder if you’ve come across this article on our website:
https://roundupwp.com/faq/my-confirmationnotification-emails-are-missing/It’s unfortunately common for emails to be rejected by email services when it comes from the same server your website is hosted on. I’ve found using an SMTP service reliably fixes this issue and there are some free options.
Let me know if you need more help!

No problem!
Ahh yes your explanation makes sense. I didn’t realize it was a user creation form! This is expected then.
I tried a test registration (Craig RoundupTest) to see what happens. It looks like everything is processed correctly and I do, in fact, get a confirmation email.
I wonder if the inconsistency can be solved with an SMTP service. It’s unfortunately very common that emails do not arrive if not using such a service. We have directions for how you can set this up:
https://roundupwp.com/faq/send-email-sendinblue-wp-mail-smtp/As for the unregister link not working, I’m seeing there is a flaw with the plugin in that if there is no registration form on the single event page, the link will not process. Can you contact me on our website so I can send you an update to potentially address this? Here is a link:
https://roundupwp.com/support/I’ll create an update to go out next week if so.
Thanks!
