Given that you are using a commercial theme, it’s best go to their official support channel or join a Facebook user group that focuses on that theme. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

I use a plugin called Caldera Forms quite a lot. You’ll definitely be able to achieve the same look as the form in your screenshot.

With regard to the two column layout, you’ll need to work out how to do that with your theme.

Have a look at this thread for the the same problem.

Have your cleared your cache on both machines? Also, what browser are you using?

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the default theme for your version of WordPress to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Please make sure you have a recent backup before you make any of these changes.

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? If you’re using a caching plugin, you might also want to clear that cache.
