    Nope, it’s not there, just the IP and a few other infos. What is this anyway?

    Yes, email notifications for comments were activated (but no page or post has a comment section on the site). I still deactivated this feature, and tried to send an email, but it’s still there. Sorry for bugging you with this!

    I’ve now tried to completely delete the plugin, reinstall it and retry everything. But it’s still there.

    Yup, still there! It’s always the same number.

    This is the message body:

    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    [your-message]

    --
    This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Logic Benchmarks (http://mysite.com)

    And this here is my additional headers field:

    Reply-To: [your-email]

    I haven’t really changed anything as far as I can remember, I left it pretty much the way it when, when I downloaded it.

    The message body on the page is only the contact form, thus only this here:

    [contact-form-7 id="11" title="Contact Form"]

    This is my contact form:

    <p>Your Name (required)<br />
        [text* your-name] </p>

    <p>Your Email (required)<br />
        [email* your-email] </p>

    <p>Subject<br />
        [text your-subject] </p>

    <p>Your Message<br />
        [textarea your-message] </p>

    <p>[recaptcha]</p>
    <br />

    <p>[submit "Send"]</p>

    Thanks for the support so far!

    I have it set the way it’s show in the link you just sent me.

    In the “To:” field I have “contact@mysite.com”

    In the “From:” field, however, I have the default which is “wordpress@mysite.com”.

    Yes I have no such address. So that’s the only thing where I’m not 100% sure. The only email I have for my site is contact@mysite.com. Is this what I should set it to?

    Otherwise, everything works fine. All emails arrive, didn’t have any problems so far (only been testing, not using for real yet).

    EDIT:

    I changed it to “contact@mysite.com”, but the message / bug / whatever it is, is still there. I changed it back to “wordpress@mysite.com”.

    I managed to do it by doing this:

    #page {
    max-width: 960px;
    min-width: 960px;
    }

    Most solution I had seen didn’t have the max-width attribute, so apparently that made the difference.

    My only problem now is that when I resize the page, and make it super-narrow, my widgets drop to the bottom (below the text of my page basically) and the menu turns into a drop-down menu.

    Is there a way to avoid this as well? I can’t believe there’s no simple solution for a fixed width page out there, this is WordPress after all! πŸ™‚

    Hi Kitty,

    at the moment I’m not including it at all since it wasn’t working. So I deleted it. I thought I wasn’t going to include a piece of code that does not work. I can’t give you the code as I can’t remember where I’ve got it from. It was many different codes, most from this forum. I never saved the codes anywhere, just tried them, and removed them again after seeing they didn’t work.

    But is min-width the right thing to use at all? And how would you implement it? Maybe I can try again if someone gives me a piece of code. I think it was something like “min-width: 800px;” applied to “.wrapper” but I may be wrong. There was so many different ones.

    Too bad, really! I’m just looking for a simple gallery but all of those I find are way too complex.

    Still thank you!

    Ah I didn’t see the difference. Well, I installed the plugin you linked now, it added some options (for example the whole carousel thing in the Media Settings), although some are still missing. Like, the type of gallery, in the gallery settings. I still can not find that button.

    Okay, I just found something else. In the Jetpack menu, I can see a field “Tiled Galleries”. I clicked the “Learn more” button and it said me following:

    To make the rectangular layout the default for all of your site’s galleries, head over to Settings β†’ Media and check the box next to “Display all your gallery pictures in a cool mosaic.”

    But again, no such option in the Media Settings… even though I’m on a self-hosted WP, and not on WP.com πŸ™

    Amazing, it worked! πŸ™‚

    Thanks a lot β€” and sorry for bumping, I’ll keep note of it.

    Fixed! :visited still had to be set. πŸ™‚

    Seems like it works for now. Thanks so much!!

    Edit: Ah there we go same time haha! Thanks a lot, it seems to work for good this time. I searched a bit myself in the original style.css, still confusing to me as I’m not very familiar with WordPress (yet!).

    (@revs)

    Thanks, that’s kind of what I was looking for! πŸ™‚

    It does work better now. text-decoration and font-size work, color still doesn’t however. What other attributes can I use? And where do you find these?

    Thanks again, it was a big step forward.

    I think those are only for the navigation, no?

    My “menu” isn’t really a menu as defined in the WordPress world. It’s just links and HTML in the “Text” widget.

    This is the HTML code:

    <a href="random-page" class="link-style-1">LINK</a>
