In reply to: [SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] Getting About Logo in Corner of SidebarHi @bytegenius!
I’m glad that you found the solution for the icon! About the title, currently, the SyntaxHighlighter block doesn’t support that, but there is a workaround if you want to use the shortcodes. The shortcodes support the
titleparameter. If you’re interested, in the Settings > SyntaxHighlighter, you can find more details π

In reply to: [SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] & amp instead && in codeHi @idarek !
I tested this solution and it worked for me: https://github.com/Automattic/syntaxhighlighter/issues/98#issuecomment-471322528
Basically, I created a block with the language as
PHP, added the codea && b < cand it worked well. If you try to this same block, it doesn’t work for you?If not, I recommend you to try deactivating some plugins to see if something can be conflicting with the SyntaxHighlighter Evolved. Otherwise, feel free to contact us again with more details to reproduce your issue.

In reply to: [SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] font size on mobileHey @nikoo28 !
The page link didn’t work for me. I received a 404.
But looking at your screenshot, I believe it can be an issue with your theme (maybe some CSS style). I tested on another site now, and it looks to be working properly.
To confirm if it’s an issue with your theme, I recommend you change to the Twenty Twenty to see what happens.
Hi @pimg!
Thank you for contact us with your question!
There is a safer solution, where you can override the post type arguments through your own code. So you can update the plugin without problems.
You can add the following snippet to your theme
functions.phpor another place that you prefer (there is a plugin for it if you want: https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/):function sensei_update_rewrites_without_front( $args ) { $args['rewrite']['with_front'] = false; return $args; } add_filter( 'sensei_register_post_type_course', 'sensei_update_rewrites_without_front' ); add_filter( 'sensei_register_post_type_lesson', 'sensei_update_rewrites_without_front' ); add_filter( 'sensei_register_post_type_quiz', 'sensei_update_rewrites_without_front' ); add_filter( 'sensei_register_post_type_question', 'sensei_update_rewrites_without_front' );It will override the
with_frontfor the courses, lessons, quizzes, and questions! πAfter the changes, remember to go to the Settings > Permalinks and save it again to flush the permalinks of your site.
Hey @sorayeh!
Thank you for address it. It probably was a request error while fetching the Sensei Extensions to show in the features step.
We are creating a PR to fail more gracefully when it happens: https://github.com/Automattic/sensei/pull/3283
And if it’s still happening, I recommend you check if your server is connected to the Internet (it’s a PHP request to another server).

In reply to: [SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] Using SyntaxHighlighter Evolved with MarkdownHey @prandrews73!
Hum. It seems your markdown plugin doesn’t skip for these cases.
If you are using block editor in your WP, I recommend you test adding a new block called
SyntaxHighlighter Codeinstead of using the shortcode (https://ps.w.org/syntaxhighlighter/assets/screenshot-2.png?rev=2004415). If it still doesn’t work, I recommend you contacting the markdown plugin support to check if there is another alternative.Or if it works for you, maybe you could use some alternative to add markdown only when you want. A suggestion: https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/markdown-block/
As this is not a problem with SyntaxHighlighter Evolved, I am marking this topic as resolved, but if you have other questions related to SyntaxHighlighter Evolved in the future, you can contact us again.

In reply to: [SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] SyntaxHighlighter EvolvedHi @rossella13
I don’t speak Italian, but I translated your message in the translator and I’ll answer you in English, okay?
You probably had some server instability while trying to install the plugin. Here is a link with some instructions for different alternatives that you can adopt to install the plugin.

In reply to: [Regenerate Thumbnails] Not able to regenerate thumbnails AWS S3Hi @rajeevrf!
I’m not familiar with the Delicious Brains plugins, but what I can tell you is that currently the Renegerate Thumbnails really work for images in the disk.
What I could recommend to you, to make it work, is to migrate the images to your server disk.

In reply to: [SyntaxHighlighter Evolved] pre markup supportHi @aurelienpierre!
I thought about how you could solve your problem and I have an idea for you. I found this plugin: https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/search-and-replace/
Iβm not familiar with this plugin, so I recommend you make a backup before installing it.
With it, you could replace your tags in all of your posts. You would have to make 2 searches and replace:
1) From
<pre class="lang:sh decode:true">to[code language="latex"]
2) From/pre>to/code]So, you'll be able to convert all occurrences of the
<pre>to the SyntaxHighlighter Evolved shortcode.- This reply was modified 6 years, 6 months ago by Renatho.
