I hope this message finds you well. I have inspected your website & can see that ‘No content found’ is an issue when hovering over the mega menu in the Arabic language. I am sharing a video on this issue. Please follow these instructions carefully. After following these instructions I hope your issue will be solved. Create a mega menu by selecting a language for the language you want to create a mega menu for.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks for contacting us.
Please be informed that the Polylang plugin is fully compatible with ElementsKit. Make sure you are using an updated version of the ElementsKit & Polylang plugin. I want to let you know that, we have to create a unique header & menu for each language. Make sure you have created a unique header & footer for each language(screenshot).
Then, the issue you are facing right now can happen due to cache. Please clear the cache from your site and browser. If you are using any cache plugin on your site then keep it disabled for some time. Hopefully, the issue will be solved right after that.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

RejuHi @helpsit ,

Looking forward to your response.

RejuHi @2020i ,
Thanks for reaching out to us and extremely sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the MetForm Plugin.
This issue can occur for several reasons –
- First of all, please make sure that you have completed each step of the Onboarding section that appears after activating the plugin for the very first time. If you can confirm that it is done, then proceed to the next step.
- If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then please clear the caches or if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check. Most often, this happens due to caching, I hope the problem will be solved right after that.
- Still persists issue, Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
- If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what causes this issue.
Also, change the permalink and then check whether the dashboard is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.
However, we have checked both on forum support thread and in our support center but didn’t find any support ticket regarding this matter. So, we recommend you to open a support ticket at our support center with the above information we asked. We will try to find out the actual issue and let you know the update ASAP!
I hope you will rethink the review after getting a resolution from us. Expecting your kind cooperation in this matter and we are always ready to assist you.

RejuHi @helpsit,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
In most cases, this happens because the PHP memory limit configurations are less than recommended. Please make sure the below configurations match your system:
- PHP time limit = 300 - PHP memory limit = 512MIf you’re unsure how to configure these, please contact your hosting provider, they’ll do this for you. You can see your current configurations from Tools > Site Health > Info > Server (https://d.pr/v/zrw0XL)
Then, the issue you are having can happen due to caches or third-party theme/plugin conflict. Will you please check by clearing the caches completely from your site and browser?
You can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.
- To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
- If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test.

I would like to inform you, this kind of issue occurs due to not using unique names of input fields. I am sharing a video on how to use unique names of input fields. Then, If you are using any caching plugin on your site, please clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check.
