Please be informed that the EmailKit option appears even after deactivating this plugin for other Wpmet plugins, such as ElementsKit and ShopEngine. We recommend EmailKit from our other plugins. However, we understand this may not be desirable for all users. Rest assured, our development team is already working on a solution to remove this recommendation option. Once we release this fix, deactivating the EmailKit plugin will remove all EmailKit options. In the meantime, you can address this issue by adding a few lines of code. Below, I am sharing those codes. Simply copy and paste them into Appearance > Theme File Editor > functions.php. For guidance on how to include codes, please refer to this video: https://d.pr/v/KVsqdZ.

I’d like to inform you that the functionality to enter a date manually instead of selecting it from a calendar has not been added yet to the Date Widget of the MetForm plugin. Therefore, what you’re looking for is not possible at this moment. Currently, you have to select the date from the calendar, which is the regular and standard process for the MetForm plugin. Anyway, please add this as a feature request. We are continuously working on improving our plugin by adding more new features according to our customers’ needs.
To add a feature request please navigate to the plugin main page then go to the Details section then USEFUL LINKS. There you will find the Request a Feature link.

In our development environment, MetForm is working fine. In most cases, this happens because the PHP memory limit configurations are less than recommended. Please make sure the below configurations match your system:
- PHP time limit = 300 - PHP memory limit = 512MThen, if you are using any caching plugin on your site, please clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled for some time and then check.
If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what causes this issue. Also, change the permalink and then check whether the plugin is working or not. Watch this video to see how to change permalinks.
