However, please add this as a feature request. We are continuously working on improving our plugin by adding new features based on our customers’ needs.
To add a feature request please navigate to the plugin main page then go to the Details section then USEFUL LINKS. There you will find the Request a Feature link.

In our development environment, MetForm sends email notifications properly. Since you are not receiving email notifications, we suggest setting up SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) correctly. Ensure that your SMTP settings are properly configured for your website. You can use an SMTP checkup plugin to test and verify the configuration. This should help resolve the issue of not receiving inquiry notifications in your email. I hope this clarifies the matter.

In our development environment, the Testimonial widget is functioning correctly. The issue you are experiencing might be due to cached data or a conflict with a third-party theme. Please try clearing all caches from your site and browser. Additionally, you can perform a conflict test on your site to identify the root cause of the issue.
To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

I understand your concern and would like to inform you that currently, we don’t have a dynamic option to change the tags of archive product titles. Additionally, using an action hook to make this change is not feasible due to dependencies on this action for our other widgets. Please be informed that we recommend EmailKit from ElementsKit. However, we understand this may not be desirable for all users, so we have added an option to hide it. You can remove the EmailKit option from the ElementsKit Get Help menu. For clarification, please check this video: https://d.pr/v/UBXxXU.
It appears you may have missed this option, leading to an unpleasant experience. Please ensure you are using the latest version of the ElementsKit plugin and disable that option. This should prevent the EmailKit option from appearing in the WooCommerce Email tab.
We always try to resolve the issues of the users by giving them higher priority. But, what disappoints us a bit is without contacting us about the issue, you’ve rated us one star!
