Hi @aeonlove,
In this case, no worries! You can just use the[lifterlms_pricing_table]shortcode without any parameters inside a Divi Theme Builder template — as long as the theme builder template using that shortcode applies to LifterLMS course post type or to a LifterLMS membership post type.Hi @bitfiremx,
Thank you for your patience. If I understand your issue correctly, you tried to purchase the same course twice using Paid Memberships Pro. Is this correct?
Kindly note that LifterLMS will not allow students to enroll twice on the same course/membership if the student is currently enrolled in that same course/membership. As a result, the behavior you are observing is directly managed by the Paid Membership Pro plugin, and not by LifterLMS. In this case, we recommend that you reach out to the support team of Paid Memberships Pro since providing support of 3rd party plugins is outside the scope of our support, as you can see in lifterlms.com/support-policy/#h-what-is-not-covered-by-support.Hi @hakuna4matata,

Hi @aeonlove,
It appears that the course page you are having problems with is edited using the Divi Builder. In this case, if you have already added a free access plan to the course, and still no pricing table displays on the frontend of the course, then you can just add the[lifterlms_pricing_table product="<post ID>"]where<post ID>is the post ID of the course page. You can add that shortcode in Divi Builder using their Text widget. To find the post ID of the course, you can follow the instructions in lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-find-your-course-membership-id.Hi @hakuna4matata,
In this case, what you can do is to remove the
First and Last Name,AddressandPhone Numberblocks in the Billing Information form. That billing information form (which is used even for free checkouts) can be found in WordPress Dashboard > LifterLMS > Forms > Billing Information. Just please note that these fields will also be removed from non-logged in users. They can always update their student information by navigating to the student dashboard, and going toEdit Account.Hi @sallory85,
Thanks for letting us know. I’m unable to replicate the same issue on any of my demo or test sites. Since we also haven’t received any other reports about this, this points to a server issue. As a result, could you please confirm if you have you already reached out to the support team of your web host? They will be able to further investigate what is the reason behind the 403 forbidden error.
Before reaching to your web host, please also enable debug mode and debug logging by following the instructions in lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-debug-a-white-screen/#log. You would know that debug mode and debug log are enabled by navigating to
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=llms-status&tab=reportand looking forDebug Mode: YesandDebug Log: Yes. Once these are enabled, please try to save courses again multiple times. This should force the debug logs to be written. These debug logs can then be explored at/wp-admin/admin.php?page=llms-status&tab=logs. You or your web host may need to view different logs there to find if there is a PHP error associated with the course saving. Your web host might also have logs of their own or tools of their own to see what is behind the 403 forbidden error.Hi @wonadoomore,

Hi @sallory85,
We’re not able to replicate the same issue when the only active plugin is LifterLMS 7.8.7 on top of the Twenty Twenty-Four theme. As a result, could you please confirm if you were able to replicate the same issue when no other plugin is installed and while using a default theme like the Twenty Twenty-Four theme? If the issue persists in this case on your end, it is possible that you might have a server setting somewhere that is causing the 403 errors. For example, your server may have a security setup. As a result, kindly consider reaching out to your web host to check if their settings are causing these 403 errors.
