It looks like the plugin is not longer supported/maintain by automattic – I can not find anything on there homepage. But I’m not sure.

Thank you very much for your answer. I did all you said and my site was working as I deactivated the WP Super Cache plugin. Than I activated it again and my website is not working properly on IE and Edge, like before. Do you have any idea what I can do that my site is still cached and working on IE and Edge.
