Jetpack Premium not working

    Hi,
    I purchased Jetpack premium many years ago and renewed my licence on the 30/08/2021 and it was working until now. I can proof this with invoice. Also, if I check my jetpack account it states no purchase but if I check the wordpress account there I can see the purchase, my licence and the licence key. But the url on that licence is the wrong one. I have to say I renewed my website and used a different url for a while. I am a premium customer but cannot contact support directly because my accounts doesn’t show my licence.
    Could someone from the support team contact me please to get my premium licence running again? Thanks
