In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] OpenTicket multilanguage@trebla Some of the items are i18n but not all. We do not test with WMPL but we have used qTranslate.
Most fields are translatable using qTranslate and some fields are available in OpenTickets settings.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Single Product Template@rwetzel Since you are a paid customer, you have direct access to Support. We hit the forums as often as we can, but we have to give preference to our paying customers. (like you) You can open a support ticket on your ‘My Account’ page and click ‘Orders’. By whichever order you want, you can click ‘Get Help’ and open a support tickets.
For Display Options, it allows you to put Events into the Shop, but Events are still a CPT not a ‘Product’ in the WC sense. The ‘Products’ are the tickets themselves, which only have context when associated and purchased on the Event page.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] How to call calendar in pop-up on main page.@tedjasudu You can make a page modal, but the problem is that the calendar is not build to be contained in a modal, since the Calendar (for Community Edition) is also how you add things to your Shopping Cart.
It is recommended to give it its own page.
That being said, there are a couple other options:
1. In your menu or page where you are adding Calendar link, use the ‘open in new window’ checkbox for the link.
2. You can make a custom link in content or menu using the target=_blank href option
3. Use a modal plugin and target the Calendar page to popup in the size you want. (not recommended, but it is an option)We can’t recommend a modal plugin but there are several free ones to make popups, you’ll need to find one that works for you.
Hope this helps…

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] QR code@leodiensis let me explain.
The QR code is on the ticket once the order is ‘Completed’.
OpenTickets uses QR codes which allow you to check-in tickets using a QR reader on a smartphone, either iOS or Android. You will need Internet connectivity to use smartphone check-in.
The process is actually pretty simple.
Get a QR Reader App on your smartphone – NeoReader for iOS and QR Droid for Android work
Login to your website on the Browser you chose in the App. For example, if you chose Chrome then login to your website admin using Chrome. The user logging in needs to be ‘Check-in’ or above permissions. (Ex. Box Office, Box Office Manager or Admin also work)
Now your phone is a scanner using the appWhen you scan a ticket, you will get one of 3 results – Checked In Successful, Already Checked In or Invalid Ticket.
This should allow you to check in.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Checkout from Step 1@tedjasudu We actually need to allocate the tickets to the order in the Step 2. For GA events, there needs to be a Step to check available capacity. This is also since Community is the same platform that people use with Seating to do reserves.
if your events are all GA events, then you could do accomplish what you are asking.
In the ‘WooCommerce’ Settings, click on ‘Products’ and ‘Display’.
Check the box called ‘Redirect to the cart page after successful addition’. That will send customers to cart after entering any event choice.
Most customers don’t use this, but you certainly could as long as you don’t have GAMP or other Extensions which require price choice.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Great plugin but bad serviceWe apologize that you’ve had problems in communication, but we’ve tried to suggest getting someone on your side who can translate for support calls.
It is unfortunate that Google Translate just isn’t good enough for us to understand what the issue is. We did go back and forth about this issue, but our fear is that you do not understand what WE’RE asking.
you said that someone from New York called, but as our phones are busy, they did not leave a message so without a message, we were not aware that someone even called on your behalf.
As you can see by other posts, we provide paid customers with the best support we can provide. While our forums here do have to take a back seat to paid customers, we do try and help forum people as well, often even scheduling Zoom calls or phone, even though this is a free plugin.
Again, if you can have this translated, we do apologize but unfortunately, we do not provide multi-language support.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Problems with OpenTickets after Updates@kingbuzzo that checkin in the backend is a good idea, and is on our backlog of items to deploy. We’re thinking of adding it to the Attendees report since that seems the logical place.
Would love your opinion. Would you think a simple box with a check to press would be good?
This would be like the ‘Complete’ button on the ‘Orders’ top page in WooCommerce. What do you think?

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Archive page for events?@jerrygapinski jerry sorry we missed the notify on this question.
The short answer is no, there isn’t an archive for parent events. The reason is that the actual events people can buy tickets from are the child events, or the exact date and time of them.
However, you could put that together manually with direct links, and perhaps using something like Display Options for a Sidebar with the big, nice event description with images and videos as a landing page and then having all the associated events on sidebar might be nice.
Hope this helps and sorry for delay. Please re-open this if there are further questions.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Can’t display events@12miralis nothing obvious stands out on your setup.
Could we get a login or do a screen share call to help?
If you can provide a login, use info at opentickets.com as the email and username. If you can’t we can setup a Zoom call to try and help.
Let us know which is better…
@dhoogmoed We’ve looked at this and cannot replicate it at all.
Could we possibly get a login to the site so we can take a look? If so, if you can email info at opentickets.com and use that as username, we’ll take a look at the settings.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Yesterday’s GAMP update made it stop working@toaonet just commenting here that you are excellent at both identifying and issue and providing an actual workaround.
We believe this is resolved in the latest versions of all our plugins.
If you do have this issue again, please re-open.
