The issue is caused by the PHP version that is lower thatn 5.3.0, please upgrade the PHP to 5.3.0 or above, as the new version requires name space to work:
Here is the overview of what namespace is:
http://php.net/manual/en/language.namespaces.rationale.phpWe change the framework in the new version, in order to:
a) reduce the package size: it was from 4.7MB to 3MB
b) increase the speed: page load is a lot faster and request / second is a lot more
c) reduce memory usage: memory usage per request is lowerwe will show the statistics in Dec.
Sorry for the inconvenience but we do this in order to help your website safer but still keep a high performance.

HelixWe found that this might be related to the language of the website, where some javascript tags were not translated in the Germany language file, could you please try to update to 3.5.6 and see if it resolves the issue?

It is very likely that your http user account (apache user) is different from your ftp user account so the file permissions are incorrect.
Please try the following method first which is the easiest way:
1. Login your ftp
2. Change the file permission of this folder:httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ose-firewall/protected/runtime/HTML
to 0777, so it can be writable. Then try to uninstall the firewall plugin again.
If this does not work, please send a temporary admin account to my email at helix[at]centrora.com, I will help you resolve it asap.

HelixMay we know if you have received our reply? Also, If possible, please try to do the following so you can get the error to us and we can fix the bug asap:
1) go to Configuration –> Scanning Configuration
2) Change the value ‘Detect errors in the website’ to ‘Enable’
3) Access the SEO Configuraiton page.Then the error will show up and please copy-paste the error message to us, we can resolve it shortly once we know where the error comes from.

We tested the feedwordpress plugin with Centrora, and cannot reproduce the issue you have mentioned. Everything seems working correctly, also, the feeds can be read properly. Could you please give us more detail so we can resolve this issue asap?

In reply to: Another 500 Internal Server ErrorIt should be related to some functions that runs after you login (as TychoMonolith can access the wp-admin screen), to check where the problem is, you can change the php setting:
display_errors from off to on, and access your website again, the error will show up, the you can resolve the problem according to the error.

In reply to: [GroupDocs Assembly] Is this plugin malicious?We helped a client to clean his website today, and it has the same plugin installed in the website, specifically the shell code was injected in this folder:
/wp-content/plugins/groupdocs-assembly/js
The hacker usually inject three shell codes into the above folder namely 1.php, 2.php and 3.php.
a) 1.php scans the website recursively and inject shell codes from this website: [ redacted, do not post malware URLs here ]
b) 2.php scans the index.php file in the following three folder:
/wp-content
/wp-admin
/wp-includesand inject malicious codes into the index.php if there are writable
c) 3.php is the Loader’z WEB Shell
The hack puts various shell codes into different folders of the website as well. We need to scan the whole website and clean those files.
Hope this helps everyone who encountered similar issues.
