how to delete the ose-firewall directory?

    Hello !

    I try to remove the ose-firewall, but I can’t. I try also to re-install the ose-firewall: impossible, because de directory alreay exists.

    Looking at my directories, I see 2 files here :
    httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ose-firewall/protected/runtime/HTML

    And it’s impossible to delete (permission denied).

    Can you please help me to remove this application and it’s directory?

    Hi Marc

    It is very likely that your http user account (apache user) is different from your ftp user account so the file permissions are incorrect.

    Please try the following method first which is the easiest way:

    1. Login your ftp
    2. Change the file permission of this folder:

    httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/ose-firewall/protected/runtime/HTML

    to 0777, so it can be writable. Then try to uninstall the firewall plugin again.

    If this does not work, please send a temporary admin account to my email at helix[at]centrora.com, I will help you resolve it asap.
