Tutor LMS had a feature to add images/ any HTML to the Quiz description box. But in the recent updates, this feature is removed for security reasons. The dev team is working on this feature to make it usable.

Yes. To use any download manager, you can download the videos. To prevent this issue, you can use a secure hosting for the videos.

To prevent video downloading from the course page, Tutor LMS has some built-in features. If you want to set more protection, you can use a secure video hosting platform like Vimeo, AWS.

The export feature for Qubely is not available yet. But you can make the block reusable to replicate on another page.

You can first export the default quiz and make the quiz like the export file. Then import it. If you trouble import it, make sure that any of the CSV file row columns are not missing. Here is the doc which will help you step by step: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/addons/quiz-export-import/
