@parag44 was right. Sometimes the functionality stopped working when there is any conflict occurs. So I recommend you check the plugin/ theme conflict. This doc will help to find the conflict easily

Thanks for the queries.
1. You can rename the courses tab name by editing the code file. There is no option to edit the text directly. The file should be located on the Tutor LMS dashboard PHP file.
2. You also can change the order by editing the code file.
3. You can remove the dashboard nav from the code file or can use the doc and code snippet. https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/editing-tutor-dashboard/
4. The entry should display, if not it needs to check the misconfiguration. Please check the plugin or theme conflict.

Tutor LMS has an option to prevent non logged in users from accessing the course page. You can enable this feature from Tutor LMS-> Settings -> General section. Here is the screenshot for a better understanding. https://prnt.sc/1qovgx8

You can not customize/ edit or update the premade page built for Tutor LMS. If you really want to customize it, you have to do it from the code file. There is no additional settings to add subtitles to your mp4 videos. If your video has default subtitle, the player will show it. There is no option for the subtitle yet.
You can use Youtube video for the subtitle feature. Youtube has default feature for the subtitle.

Thanks for contacting us. The feature you mentioned is a default feature for WooCommerce. All the necessary fields are added to the checkout page by default. But if you think you have any missed field, you can use a field woocomerce plugin and add missing fields.

To achieve this feature that you mentioned, this will require a bit of custom coding. I wish I could help you with the custom code but I am sorry, we do not have enough resources to help with the custom code at this moment. You can hire a developer and make this feature for you.You can directly send message through their email address. You can find the email address for specific students from the student tab.
