Sometimes the functionality stopped working when there is any conflict occurs. So I recommend you to check the plugin/ theme conflict.

It seems the file you are trying to upload maybe corrupted or some file is missing. Download the file and reinstall it. I hope the issue will be solved and it will install properly.

The feature you are looking for is not available yet. You can only enroll users one by one. The bulk enrollment feature is not available yet.

You can translate your Email notification/subject by the path you mentioned. But this path does not belong to the template files so you can not override it on the child themes. You have to directly change the subject from the main directory.
Also you can try to use a translator plugin called Loco Translator.
