I am now getting the notifications. Thanks for the help.
But new thing I observed that, I am getting all the notifications from few support teams when they are replying to other question raisers, but even if I have subscribed to that thread I am getting the notifications. Till now, since yesterday when we changed my email, I have received many mails from ‘Jobs for WordPress’ and ‘Forminator’ plugins.What could be wrong from my side?

I don’t have any customisation. I just did few changes like, I put last line with the invoice link to the top, kept line spacing in between every line, etc. but not the one which may change the value.Suggest me alternative solution. What can I use or is it possible for you to write a new short code for that?

yes, I chose HTML because I was trying to write my own HTML emails but the code I put there didn’t work. Can you please check, why it didn’t work. Emails sent with the html code showed html email not the formatted email. Is it becuase, I dont have sprout’s HTML add -on?Regards

Opting for HTML notifications when HTML plugin is not installed caused the issue. Opted back to plain text and got it solved.

I am also facing this issue. We are media industry so to apply for a job sometimes people need to upload their work as a short video, audio, etc. I also used file type restrictions provided by Blueglass but it allows other file types to be uploaded and then it shows the error saying this file type is not allowed.
It should not have allowed the user to upload the wrong file type at the first stage.Please, solve this… this is serious.
