As you are using only the image inside the popup, we have moved it as a background image so the popup sizing can be calculated according to the image. Also, we have setup ‘Content click’ to redirect the visitor to your desired URL. Could you please check the popup now and see if the problem is resolved?

We have detected that you have selected the “Redirect URL” option in the Behavior On Content Click for your popup.

Please, go to edit your popup.
In the General section you’ll find “Auto close” option.
Check it and add the seconds in the “after” field to close the popup automatically by that time.Dear @nmiles78,

Please, insert a button element inside your popup and select the button action “Spin popup”.

I’m always sorry that a customer feels upset 🙁I totally understand your points and we will try to find solution connected the process how the Popup Maker service works with WordPress. Before that let me explain the situation.
1) The role of this WordPress plugin is to connect your WordPress website to our Popup Maker service and make the things easier for WordPressians to insert the popup into the page/post. All the popup data are stored on our side and we need to identify each user. That’s why we need you to be registered on our website before give it a try. We make the registration process very simple anyone can create an account within seconds all we need is name, email, and password and that’s all.
2) The reason we don’t have an option to remove the account is that everyone can abuse our trial period and re-create a new account every time and it will make our servers down and will affect on others as the popups loads from our side/servers.
3) Those emails which don’t have unsubscribe button are ‘system’ emails and the count of these emails are equals max 2-3 and all our newsletters have unsubscribed button, we really don’t want our customers to receive emails which they want.
We will be very happy to cooperate with you and help you to make outstanding popups our team is always ready to assist!
