That’s why the popup closes when you click on the content (email field in your case).
Please, uncheck the “Dismiss on content click” option and the problem will be solved.Please share your username you have used to register in our service so we can check the issue for you.
I’m afraid, we don’t have a href selector option at the moment. But we have it in our future update plans. For now, you can have this with CSS class option.

Sure, we do collect these data and you can see them in the Statistics section of your Popup Maker Dashboard.
Dear user, you have 2 popups inside your website. One from the embed code and another one from the plugin. In this case you don’t need the embed code the plugin will do rest for you. Please remove the embed code and the popup will show one time.
We noticed that your popup disabled inside your popupmaker.com dashboard. Please turn it on and the popup will appear on your site as well.
