Popup Maker

In the editor page of Popup Maker, we have an option for adding HTML codes in the popup.
Click “Insert HTML element” and you can add your HTML in the right corner of the page, in the “Popup Element Options”.

You have done everything correctly, just missed one more point. After activating and setting your account number, you should “Enable analytics” for each popup you create. You can find this option in the left corner of your dashboard, in the Google Analytics options.

Thank you! Our developer checked your site and noticed that you have set the “Autoclose” option for your popup, and the amount of time for auto closing is set “1 second”. This is why the popup quickly disappears after showing up on your page.
Please, uncheck the “Autoclose” option or increase the amount of time to resolve the problem.

Sure you can have this with our service! In the “Display” section of Popup Maker dashboard, there’s a sub-option, called “Devices”. You can check only the “Show on Tablet” option, and the popup will appear only on iPads and other types of tablets.

Thank you for the email. We checked your account and found that you have unchecked all the events for popup opening. You should select at least one event for your popup opening so it will appear on your site.
