    While I found that this plugin works well, it was far too complex for my needs. That said, I was disappointed that I was forced to register just to try it. Within the back end dashboard, there is no where to remove myself from mailing lists or delete my own account. I have submitted a support ticket. Even after it is resolved, I would highly recommend that the people that created this admin area seriously consider making it easier just to try out and not force registration. Or, at the very least, make it easier to remove an account.

    I was just trying to find a very simple, possibly shortcode based plugin to use with my website. I just wanted to bring up short video clips in a lightbox effect type of set up to make the experience a bit cleaner. Thankfully I think I found an alternative.

    I totally understand your points and we will try to find solution connected the process how the Popup Maker service works with WordPress. Before that let me explain the situation.

    1) The role of this WordPress plugin is to connect your WordPress website to our Popup Maker service and make the things easier for WordPressians to insert the popup into the page/post. All the popup data are stored on our side and we need to identify each user. That’s why we need you to be registered on our website before give it a try. We make the registration process very simple anyone can create an account within seconds all we need is name, email, and password and that’s all.

    2) The reason we don’t have an option to remove the account is that everyone can abuse our trial period and re-create a new account every time and it will make our servers down and will affect on others as the popups loads from our side/servers.

    3) Those emails which don’t have unsubscribe button are ‘system’ emails and the count of these emails are equals max 2-3 and all our newsletters have unsubscribed button, we really don’t want our customers to receive emails which they want.

    We will be very happy to cooperate with you and help you to make outstanding popups our team is always ready to assist!
