@artbiz – As Nextcellent is based on NextGEN Legacy code (which we no longer provide support for) there could be things in its codebase (or more specifically its database entries) that could be creating this issue. You may need to completely remove and re upload the problematic galleries although if you are experiencing issues with other elements within NextGEN Gallery you may need to completely start over (which may include completely removing all references to NextGEN Gallery from your folders and database).
This would be a last-ditch effort and generally not recommended due to the amount of work and possible complexity involved but as is the following may be of use to start again with a “clean” install of NextGEN Gallery.
This process will generally work but we recommend you have a complete fully verified back-up of your site just in case you run into any problems:
Use FTP to remove NextGEN Gallery related folders.
Then use something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/wpdbspringclean/ to delete all the ngg tables.
Then use something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/database-peek/ to search through the remaining tables for NGG references.
Then use something like http://wordpress.org/plugins/edit-any-table/ to delete all of these database entries.Tables typically involved: wp_ngg_*, wp_options, wp_postmeta, and wp_usermeta
Thanks!

@sioux23 – Thanks for the update! Well done fixing the issue!!

@pu55erfish – Please go under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous and review / modify the default value (500) for the maximum number of images to be displayed … try setting it to 1000 (or whatever number you see as best to accommodate the gallery sizes in general … please take into account the total number of images that can be reached via an album display as needed).
Thanks!

@talidab – Please send us a Bug Report (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.
Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible.
Thanks!

PS: Our apologies for the late response.
@hkuirinlahti – Can you provide a URL to one of these inserted albums so we can see this issue first-hand?
Thanks!

@vipinkumarsn4 – Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins, clearing your browser cache (and site caches if you are using a caching plugin), then reactivating the NextGEN plugin?
If this fixes the problem then it was likely one of the deactivated plugins that was causing an issue. Now, retrace your steps activating each plugin and re-checking to see if the problem returns. If it does then that last activated plugin was probably the one. Keep reactivating and in most cases it is also best to keep checking after each plugin, sometimes there may be more than one plugin on a site that will create an issue. If you do find one (or more) plugins causing this problem we would greatly appreciate your feedback on them so the developers may address them as soon as they can.
Also to note, in rare cases it may be the theme itself that is causing a conflict so while you have just the NextGEN plugin activated you might consider temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress Twenty series themes and see if this corrects the issue as well.
If the problem still persists after all of this we would still want to know, even more so, as we will still want to sort out the issue and may need additional details.
Thanks!

@sioux23 – Generally using the Reset Tool plugin will sort out any path/routing issues that might occur with a migration / re-direction of a WordPress site although it does appear you are in a situation where you are trying to use too many applications / packages in the same folder as it appears you are making modifications to the WordPress installation itself to accommodate another software package running in the same folder.
This type of configuration may be outside our scope of support and may require you revisiting the server setup and packages you are running on the site and where they are residing to overcome the issues this s creating. We are not really able to sort out a conflict with WordPress itself and another application if I am understanding your scenario correctly.

@cmcairns – Generally if the thumbnails of the gallery are different sizes they were uploaded at different times and the thumbnails dimensions were also different at those times. To help sort this out you can try going under Gallery > Manage Galleries and for the specific gallery use the Bulk Action to generate new thumbnails for all of the images in the gallery. This should correct the varying sizes you are seeing, especially if navigating to the gallery via an album display.
Thanks!

@cs2870 – Not all display types use the gallery thumbnails … without any further context or references (perhaps a URL to an inserted display triggering the scan results?) that is all I can really add at the moment.
Thanks!

@anzart – Great to read all is working and sorry to read you are having issues apparently created by the use of that theme. I would recommend advising the theme author to see if they can further address this issue … and then work with your web hosting service again to see about re-activating the theme if you still want to continue using it.
Thanks, again!

@artbiz – The Reset Tool plugin (or Reset Option) are the only tools we have to correct migration related issues that affect the path/routing for images; if something else has affected the files (in particular the meta data of the images) then you may need to go several steps further and look at re-uploading the images where you are seeing this issue as a corrective measure.
Thanks!

@hoffmaao – That is precisely where you would sort the current inserted display and why that accordion panel is in the IGW.
Thanks!
