the plugin is 100% php 7 compatible, this part is from the updater of the pro version and not this open source version.
The core / base of the free and pro version are 100% compatible to php 7.
The Cookie banner can be reopened, there is a small button in the left corner, nearly invisible, but it’s there.
Look for a small grey box and hover over it to enlarge the button (only permanently visible with opt-in or opt-out).

Yes that is new and required for some pages to trigger the tracking codes directly after the user confirms and to trigger caching systems to refresh the code and delivery to correct code.

PascalWith version 1.3.0 there is a filter for that. You can place this in the functions.php of your theme:
add_filter('gag-cookieconsent-settings-end', function($settings){ return '"cookie": { "expiryDays": 1 },'; });Version 1.3.0 will be available in a few minutes 😉

We’re currently looking for someone who will translate the documentation.
Everything else in the plugin is already translated and can be changed for international websites.The general problem: There are some special parts that only affect websites in Germany or general the European Union. For example this is not directly relevant for US websites.

the shortcode is working fine, please read the Google documentation how their opt out works. There is a difference between the Google Analytics Cookie opt-out and the hard opt-out / opt-in that we’ve developed in the cookie notice:

I’ve never received more details from @gjamais, that is the reason why I’ve closed this ticket.
If you receive an undefined error, please check your JS console, in 99% it is an existing JS conflict in your backend or a conflict between this and another plugin.
