okay I can reproduce this problem, but only when I use the same audio file repeatedly:
http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/song-1.mp3
http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/song-1.mp3
http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/song-1.mp3The example above will break in Chrome, but that is a blocking function by the browser and not by my plugin.
When I try different songs:
http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/song-1.mp3
http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/song-2.mp3
http://www.example.com/wp-content/uploads/song-3.mp3there is no problem in Chrome.

Hey folks,
i’ve released version 2.4 a few hours ago. The new Version has a settings page for oEmbed Integration and to disable the metabox.
Additionally I’ve added a little fix for the window.send_to_editor JavaScript Problem, I hope this will solve your problems?
Please give me some feedback about the update.

Can you give me some more details: Logs from Firebug or other Dev-Tools, can you see JavaScript errors in your console?
Is it possible that you give me an test account on your site to try? I can’t reproduce your problems on my test installations…

That was a bug in a really early beta of this plugin, I’ve tried it with the latest version of this plugin and WP 3.5.1 on a test system: There is no problem, I can upload images or pick it form the media library.
Are you sure that you use the latest version of PB oEmbed HTML5 Audio?

are you sure that this is not a local problem with your Flash Player or Firefox?
Please note: the flash fallback only works with mp3 files.I’ve tested the Plugin in Firefox 19.0 on my Mac and there is no problem.
Can you give me some more details, maybe a link.

I’ve tried my Plugin with Firefox 19.0 on a Mac with OS X 10.8 and Silverlight. There is no problem, are you sure that this is not a local problem on your machine or wordpress installation, maybe the metabox is hidden, check the options in the top right corner.
I’ve asked a good friend to try it with his Mac and Firefox 19.0 (+ Silverlight), he has also no problems.
