In reply to: [Analytics Germanized for Google Analytics (GDPR / DSGVO)] WPML?Hi AnDee,
I’ve described it in my post above:
Have a look in your String Translation “WPML > String Translation” and filter for “ga-germanized” as Text-Domain.
There you can find all text string that are used in the plugin and also the text that you’ve used in the settings.
You can fill in your english text in the settings and translate it in every needed language in the string translation.
kind regards
PascalYes, if you use the opt-in mode Google Analytics code will only triggered if the users has accepted the cookie notice.
Currently not, you can disable the whole cache as a quick check if that could bring the GA code to your website.
Yes, it could be configured as opt-in for Google Analytics. You can test your settings with the “Google Tag Assistant” Browser Extension.
Awesome – yes, that is a bug and it’s on our list.
Hallo,
ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT means most times, that the Google Analytics Code was blocked by an AdBlocker Extension.
If you are using a Caching-System together with the opt-in methode, it could be possible, that your cache does not deliver the new files after an successful opt-in.
Hi,
we’re not the developers of Cookie Consent, we use their scripts and styles as base for our cookie notice.
This could be fixed in Cookie Consent or in the CSS of your website.
You can try to report this bug to the Cookie Consent team, I have no direct contact or a contact person there.
I can only refer to their website (see links above).
If they will publish a bugfix for this, we will also update it in Google Analytics Germanized. We’re using 1:1 their styles and scripts but deliver the WordPress backend UI and compliance logics / handling (opt-in / opt-out).
kind regards
PascalCould you please check if you have the same bug with the demo here, if you setup the same styles and messages: https://cookieconsent.insites.com/
https://cookieconsent.insites.com/download/
If yes, this could be a general bug with the cookie consent banner. If not there could be a css conflict with your theme and cookie consent.
Please try to remove the line breaks in your cookie message, maybe this cause a problem there.

@frank nice tip, thx
Hey,
there are some javascript errors at your website. This could block following js codes, for example the cookie notice.
Another problem could be autoptimize and the defer loading of the cookieconsent files. Try to disable autoptimize for a test.
I think there is a configuration mistake in the optimization.
kind regards
PascalHi,
do you use the cookie banner as opt-in or only as notification.
Please show me your current settings for analytics and the cookie banner.Have you checked the code of your website for the analytics code?
kind regards
PascalDid you mean the cookie banner? Do you have a screenshot?
