Yoast SEO 14.3 is already out. Have you tried it? This version is compatible with WordPress version 5.3 up to 5.4.2.
Did you make the appropriate redirects from the HTTP version to HTTPS? In order to migrate your domain from HTTP to HTTPS, you would need to configure your server to do the redirect from the old URL to the new URL. Your hosting company tech support should be able to help you in this regard.
For more information on HTTP to HTTPS migrations, we recommend the following guides:

Does it happen for any focus keywords that you add or just for a specific focus keyword?
Did you double-check if indeed the keyword hasn’t been used in your older posts or pages?
Also, please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress (4.9.6), Yoast SEO (7.6.1) and all other plugins as well as the latest version of your theme. If you have your site setup in Bing Webmaster Tools, you can force Bing to re-crawl a page by using the “Fetch as Bingbot” feature. You can use this feature to force Bing’s index to update. Learn more about Bing Webmaster Tools here: https://yoast.com/bing-webmaster-tools-diagnostics-tools/
The Yoast SEO plugin already adds some schema.org markup and structured data to your pages but this doesn’t mean that Google will automatically show rich snippets for your site as there are many algorithms that run for a search query and for your site. The most important thing is a valid markup. If you have any errors, Google won’t show your Rich snippets. You can test your URL here: https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool

You may need to clear all caching from your plugin, theme, server, browser, or CDN such as Cloudflare.
This could be caused by a conflict with your other plugins or your theme. Please perform a conflict check.
You don’t need to use meta keywords anymore but you do need focus keywords, SEO title and meta description. Please refer to these:
Use the best focus keywords
Write the perfect SEO title
Write clean and meaningful meta descriptionWe do know that LinkedIn relies on websites to use oEmbeds and/or Open Graph Protocol (OGP) to display the most accurate title and description when sharing a URL. If it works fine on Facebook, it means Yoast is outputting all the necessary tags. We’re not sure why Linkedin isn’t picking up the description. I suggest you check LinkedIn’s documentation and contact them for more details – https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/46687
