Hello!
If that fixes the issue, then you can do that. Please note though that changing your permalink structure can cause issues like 404, especially if your site has been around for a while and many links on your site have been indexed already. You may refer to this article to guide you through changing your permalinks: https://yoast.com/help/how-do-i-change-the-permalink-structure/
You’re welcome! Glad to know you figured out the cause of the problem.
Enjoy the rest of the day!
Sorry, my bad. I didn’t notice there’s a second page in the thread.
We’ve released version 15.2 of Yoast SEO. Can you please update your plugin first?
If still nothing, we may need to investigate further by logging in to your wp-admin. Unfortunately, we can’t do it via these forums. So we need you to purchase Yoast SEO Premium which comes with free personal support.
Hello @cameronbrennan!
We recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without breaking your website.
Can you please try activating your other plugins one at a time and see if the issue occurs again for every plugin reactivated? Lastly, switch to your theme. This will narrow down the conflict to a specific plugin or a theme conflict.
You’re welcome, @rockthan. Have a great day!
Hello @bfmradio!
If you’ve already activated all your plugins and no issues occur, then you’re good to go. Can you please check?
Hello @rockthan!
This is an issue with column spacing. Have you tried removing some of the columns there? If you haven’t yet, you can do so by clicking on “Screen options” which you can find on the upper-right corner of that screen. Just untick those that you don’t need and see if that fixes the issue.
You’re welcome. Enjoy the rest of the day!
Thanks for getting back, Ahmed!
On your staging site, can you please activate only Yoast SEO and WooCommerce with all other plugins deactivated and your theme switched to a standard theme like Twenty Nineteen? Does the issue occur? If not, reactivate your other plugins one at a time and check if the issue occurs again for every plugin reactivated. Lastly, switch to your theme.
Hi Saidul!
To resolve this, please perform the following:
1. Install & activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
2. Go to Tools -> Yoast Test
3. Hit the “Reset Indexables & Migrations” button
4. Under SEO → Tools, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button.Hello!
Yes, you can do it using the Yoast Test Helper plugin or via WP CLI. Up to you.
Hi Ahmed!
Just to verify, are you using a plugin for the Ajax checkout? If you are, which plugin is it? Also, are you using WooCommerce?
Hello @sagliktayenilik!
Thanks for getting back to us.
First of all, can you please make sure you’re running the latest version of WordPress (5.5.1) and the latest version of your theme and ALL other plugins?
If everything’s updated on your end, we need you to check if there are Javascript errors in your browser’s console. If there are, please provide us a screenshot.
