1. Unfortunately, our WordPress plugin does not provide this option out-of-the-box.
However, you can customize notifications sent from the WordPress plugin by adding some extra code and your own custom plugin.Here is a guide on how to create your own WordPress plugin to add extra code: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/web-push-wordpress-faq#customizing-wordpress-plugin-behavior
Basically you use the onesignal_send_notification Filter to customize the push payload.
You can then add any of our create notification REST API POST call parameters into the message.Hello there,

Deactivating and Reactivating may not clear cache. Do you have a cache plugin specifically setup that you can clear?
Are you able to share the JS errors from the developer console?
Hi there, can you verify you use the latest version of the plugin 2.3.1 and refresh the cache for your site?
