Email push notifications on mobile

Hello ! I’m want to know if i will be able to send email notifications as push notifications to my users through your plugin ? If yes, how to do it ?

For example, order status update (woocommerce). If a user got his order status updated, he receive a push notification.

PS: I’m building a mobile app (based on wordpress) that will use your services for push notifications. So i want my website to be totally independent and not need email apps to see this type of notifications.
